Successfully extracted bolt-- back to reinstalling belt and tuning

Here you can see the bolt I sheared right next to the tensioner spring while re-tensioning my belt after tuning last week. I removed the tensioner.... the bolt is shiny to the left. This is after removing the radiator and water and oil pump pulleys to get enough clearance to access it with a drill. I ended up having to remove the tensioner spring as well.

There’s the stupid bolt I sheared off. I used a drill extractor to drill a pilot hole and reverse it out with a bit designed to grip into it. Drilling the pilot hole was a PITA with the angle I had to work with, but it was shocking how it spun that bolt end right out.

Re-installation complete, with new tensioner installed.

And you used anti-seize so no one has to go through this hell again!!!???!!

Haha, actually I was just an idiot and overtorqued the bolt after retensioning because there was a whining noise...
